RETURN/REFUND POLICY

All sales are FINAL due to the risk of contamination

We do not accept returns for refunds. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email with an attached photograph of that item to info@safecareinternational.com.

To complete your exchange, mail the original shipment back to the address provided via email. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
