Shipping Policy


Domestic Shipping:
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Safecare International ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

International Shipping:
We currently do NOT ship outside the U.S. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Safecare International, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Safecare International, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We are happy to assist you in the event that this happens, but please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy:
All sales are FINAL due to the risk of contamination.

We do not accept returns for refunds. We only replace items if they are defective. If you need to exchange a defective item, send us an email with an attached photograph of that item to

To complete your exchange, mail the original shipment back to the address provided via email. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an order over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
